At Entry Door Shop, our relationship with our clients does not end once your door has been installed. We are committed to helping you maintain your door’s functionality and finish for as long as you wish to keep it looking its best. We take great pride in the products we produce, and it is a sincere joy for us to see projects completed 5, 10, or even 15 years later looking just as good as the day they were installed.
To ensure your investment remains in peak condition, we offer a specialized maintenance service designed to keep your door looking brand new indefinitely. Once your installation is complete, we will contact you at the appropriate time to discuss the process of setting up a service plan tailored to your door and your home’s specific exposure conditions.
And when Central Florida’s punishing climate does take its toll — intense UV radiation, driving rain, high humidity, and temperature swings — our full restoration service can bring your door back from the brink. Sun damage, finish deterioration, and years of wear do not mean you need a new door. In most cases, our restoration process can return your existing door to a condition that looks and feels almost new, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Proactive Service Plan
After installation, we reach out to set up a personalized maintenance schedule. We do not wait for problems — we prevent them. It is a joy to see our doors looking perfect 5, 10, or 15 years later.
Scheduled Maintenance
Regular maintenance visits to clean, lightly sand, and apply a fresh coat of UV-rated polyurethane. Done in a single visit, keeping your door looking brand new indefinitely.
Secure Your Home
During full restoration, we install a temporary barrier at your entry opening. Your home stays secure and weather-tight the entire time your doors are in our workshop.
6-Sided Finish
Every restored door receives our signature six-sided polyurethane treatment — top, bottom, front, back, and both edges — for maximum protection against moisture intrusion.
Any Wood Door
We restore and refinish any wood entry door, regardless of who built or installed it. If the wood is structurally sound, we can bring it back to life.
Honest Assessment
We will always tell you whether restoration or replacement is the better investment. If restoration can save your door and your money, that is what we will recommend.

Once your installation is complete, we will reach out to you at the appropriate time to discuss setting up a service plan that preserves the beauty and performance of your door. You do not have to remember to call us or wonder when your door needs attention — we take care of that for you.
With a service plan in place, your maintenance visits are scheduled proactively. We clean the existing finish, lightly sand for bonding, and apply a fresh coat of Helmsman UV-rated polyurethane. Your door looks refreshed and fully protected after each visit. It is a small investment that keeps your door looking brand new indefinitely.
If your door has gone years without maintenance and the finish has deteriorated significantly, a full restoration becomes necessary. But with our proactive service plan, most of our clients never reach that point. The math is simple: scheduled maintenance prevents the much larger expense of full restoration, and you get the peace of mind of knowing your door always looks its best.
